Sometimes we all need a change,or maybe you are feeling down. Which ever it may be,this is a great book to read. How many times have you thought about maybe joining a gym or maybe just changing something but didn't have the boot that you needed? This book will show you all that and more Like the other books from Chicken Soup,they are all short stories so you can take anywhere to read and just start a new story.
