Now that the New Year is here,we all start to seriously think about eating healthy.One of the hardest parts about making a life change for bettering your health is usually convenience.  If something is hard to acheive or access, we are less likely to do it.  Now Gorton's and SparkPeople are helping you reach your health goals in 2015 with their #RealisticResolution project!  Krista over at Savory Savings received a package from Gorton's to help with her health and weight loss goals and now wants to share one with you!
