Health Mart Pharmacy Champions of Care Challenge! #HealthMartCares

This is a sponsored post with the Niche Parent Network & Conference. All opinions are my own

Everyday, quiet act of kindness are going on all over. I know one person who no matter what the weather is like, will take the time to shovel the neighbor's walks to make sure that they can get in and out safely from their homes. Never asking for anything,he just does it because he knows others can not. I also know someone that donates her time at the food pantry and also takes her handicapped son with her. I think that he enjoys it,as he thinks that is his job! He knows everyone by name,as they do him. He is making such a great impact in the community, and it makes me heart proud to know him!

All across America, caring people are quietly doing amazing things for the health of their communities. So many people, that Health Mart Pharmacy wants to say Thank You with grants totaling $50,000. The grants will be awarded to the community health non-profits.

Midwest Dairy Council~Dairy Makes Sense Giveaway!*CLOSED*

As you may have heard, June was National Dairy Month. June Dairy Month started in 1937, as a promotion to help distribute extra milk when cows started on pasture in the warm summer months.  Today, its rich history continues, with communities, companies and people from all over the country observing June Dairy Month in a variety of ways. In the Midwest, dairy farms and families often open their gates to visitors at breakfasts and tours , while grocery stores and other business feature dairy products during the month. Milk and other dairy products are great sources of vitamins and minerals. According to the U.S government’s dietary guidelines, we should be eating three servings of milk, cheese or yogurt every day. Dairy products provide four of the seven nutrients Americans are missing the most, in...
