Most coffee makers use a drip system, which can compact the coffee grounds and bring out too much of the bitterness of the beans. In contrast, the iCoffee by Remington machine steams the grounds, before using hot water jets to stir the grounds, extracting the maximum amount of great flavor.

    My favorite feature is the steam extraction technology. Sounds like it would brew a mighty fine cup or carafe of coffee. Thanks for a great giveaway!
