Are you looking for something that is good for you and also tastes great? Dole Fruit in Gels are for you! They are super  for anytime snacking,packing in lunches and taking with you! How about having a winter picnic?!?  That is what we did when we were sent a picnic basket from Dole!

Just look at the set~we have the picnic basket,a tablecloth,spoons and Dole Fruit in Gels! All we had to do is add some sandwiches and salad and we were ready to go! We laid a blanket on the living room floor and played games where the kids could win some prizes,which the Dole Fruit in Gels were the prizes of course! Fun was had by all,and we are planning another picnic day when the kids are off school.

They all 100 calories or less per serving, and there is a flavor for everyone! We really enjoyed these,the fruit was really tasty and the mixture of gel that the paired each one was great! What’s more, Dole Fruit in Gels are rich in Vitamin C, are GMO free and have BPA free packaging. So you can feel good about feeding these to your family.

You can find Dole Fruit in Gels in the canned fruit section of select grocery stores and online. Suggested retail price is $2.79  I know that we will be stocking up next time we got to the store as the kids loved them!
