Chicken Of The Sea No Drain Tuna Review!

While many of us know the health benefits of eating seafood~the USDA says Americans are not consuming enough of the lean protein. Chicken Of The Sea No Drain Tuna is here to help! It is a good option for on the go~as there is no need for a can opener,no risk of spilling juice and it's a natural source of lean protein and heart-healthy Omega-3's.What's the best tuna~Chicken of the Sea!!

 I have been eating Chicken of the Sea tuna for as long as I can remember. In fact~Chicken of the Sea’s history dates back nearly a century, when fishermen referred to the white albacore tuna as “Chicken of the Sea” because the white color and very mild flavor reminded them of chicken. Since 1952, the Chicken of the Sea brand and iconic Mermaid logo have been known worldwide.

I recently had the opportunity to try 2 different variety's of their new No Drain Tuna. We were sent the original and also the Thai Chili. I loved the taste of both of them,but the Thai was really a nice change when we had it on a sandwich. I just mixed it with a little mayo and celery and the taste was great~gave you a hint of hot but not too over bearing. I that the next time I try this I will make a casserole as I think that the hot would be good in a dish too.

If you want to make meals easier,I think that this is a great invention as less time in the kitchen~means more time doing other things!

Using a patented process, Chicken of the Sea No Drain Tuna contains solid, steak-like tuna in every easy-to-open can, without containing any messy juices. High in protein and low in calories and fat, this new tuna is a healthy and convenient addition to any pantry. Try it today and throw your can opener away!
Right now Chicken of the Sea is currently featuring a coupon on its Facebook page good for $0.50 off any No Drain Tuna purchase~you  can also find some really good recipes on the site here too.

{I was sent the Chicken Of The Sea No Drain Tuna to review. No monies were offered or accepted. All above opinions are my own.}

Scentsy Review & Giveaway! 12/20*CLOSED*

I love my house to smell good.I have candles and tea lights in almost every room.But it seems that no matter what I buy the scent just doesn't seem to last.I have spent so much money trying different ones and I swear that I should have bought stock in tea lights the way I buy them!! That is why I was super excited when I was asked to review some Scentsy Products. What is Scentsy~You ask?! Well~let me tell you~ Scentsy sells wickless candles, ceramic warmers and home-fragrance products.  A wickless candle, called a Scentsy Bar or a Scentsy Brick, is a highly fragrant wax bar that is warmed to release fragrance into the air. And they have over 80 scents to choose from! So~I know that you will find one that matches you too!  Because the wax is gently warmed rather than burned, it can hold more fragrance oil than a traditional candle. And, because there is no flame, there is no smoke, soot or lead. Scentsy wickless candles are a safer alternative to tradition...

Midwest Dairy Council~Dairy Makes Sense Giveaway!*CLOSED*

As you may have heard, June was National Dairy Month. June Dairy Month started in 1937, as a promotion to help distribute extra milk when cows started on pasture in the warm summer months.  Today, its rich history continues, with communities, companies and people from all over the country observing June Dairy Month in a variety of ways. In the Midwest, dairy farms and families often open their gates to visitors at breakfasts and tours , while grocery stores and other business feature dairy products during the month. Milk and other dairy products are great sources of vitamins and minerals. For years, we’ve heard milk “does a body good,” but research shows that many people don’t fully understand the whole story of the nutritional value found in dairy. According to the U.S government’s dietary guidelines, we should be eating three servings of milk, cheese or yogurt every day. Dairy products provide four of the seven nutrients Americans are missing the most, in...
