Auntie Annes At Home Baking Kit-More Then Pretzels!

How many times have you been to the mall and gotten a fabulous Auntie Anne's Pretzels? I know that every time that I go I have to not only not only have one but bring one home for Bob! As we just love them. There is nothing like a warm soft pretzel from Auntie Anne's.The grandchildren love them too.

I was so excited to learn that I could make these at home with  Auntie Anne's At Home Baking Kit as not only can you make pretzels but there are other fun recipes that can be made too! Almost everything that I needed was included.I decided to make the
~Monkey Bread~

As today as it is a crisp fall day and figured that the oven would make the house warm and the cinnamon scents would fill the house. So I got everything ready and kneaded and mixed up the dough and put in a bowl to rise.
Got the oven set to 350 to preheat and the dough is in the bowl set to rise for 30 minutes.
As that was sitting I decided to get everything ready for the next step.
I got the Bundt Pan ready and also put the cinnamon and sugar in the bowl. I also melted the butter to dip the dough pieces in when it was ready.

I got all the dough pieces dipped in the butter and cinnamon and sugar. Then put all the pieces in the pan to go in the oven.

I was excited and nervous as I have tired to make dough recipes before and none of them ever turned out..So now we wait.

After 35 minutes I removed my Monkey Bread. And left it to cool for 5 minutes.

The finished product is Fantastic!! I do believe that it turned out great.

Bob and his niece did the taste test and they loved it!
Yah!! I am so excited~the Monkey bread not only looks good but tastes good too!!

Scentsy Review & Giveaway! 12/20*CLOSED*

I love my house to smell good.I have candles and tea lights in almost every room. But it seems that no matter what I buy the scent just doesn't seem to last.I have spent so much money trying different ones and I swear that I should have bought stock in tea lights the way I buy them!! That is why I was super excited when I was asked to review some Scentsy Products. What is Scentsy~You ask?! Well~let me tell you~ Scentsy sells wickless candles, ceramic warmers and home-fragrance products.  A wickless candle, called a Scentsy Bar or a Scentsy Brick, is a highly fragrant wax bar that is warmed to release fragrance into the air. And they have over 80 scents to choose from! So~I know that you will find one that matches you too!  Because the wax is gently warmed rather than burned, it can hold more fragrance oil than a traditional candle. And, because there is no flame, there is no smoke, soot or lead. Scentsy wickless candles are a safer alternative to tradition...

Midwest Dairy Council~Dairy Makes Sense Giveaway!*CLOSED*

As you may have heard, June was National Dairy Month. June Dairy Month started in 1937, as a promotion to help distribute extra milk when cows started on pasture in the warm summer months.  Today, its rich history continues, with communities, companies and people from all over the country observing June Dairy Month in a variety of ways. In the Midwest, dairy farms and families often open their gates to visitors at breakfasts and tours , while grocery stores and other business feature dairy products during the month. Milk and other dairy products are great sources of vitamins and minerals. For years, we’ve heard milk “does a body good,” but research shows that many people don’t fully understand the whole story of the nutritional value found in dairy. According to the U.S government’s dietary guidelines, we should be eating three servings of milk, cheese or yogurt every day. Dairy products provide four of the seven nutrients Americans are missing the most, in...
