Dr.Sears Zone Diet Review!

I as able to try the Zone 1-2-3 foods and I couldn't have been more surprised by the taste! As~I am skeptical when it comes to trying diet foods. Being a "Big" girl all my life~I have tried many diets and diet foods over the years. And~some of them were like eating cardboard.

Not the Zone Diet~This food is wonderful and they have thought of everything! More about the Zone Diet~

The Zone Diet is now the easiest diet to follow for a lifetime with the introduction of Zone Foods.  Their new baking technology has removed excess carbohydrates from the foods (pasta, pizza, bread and even the cookies) that used to make you fat and replaced it with protein that keeps you in the Zone while dramatically reducing hunger.  You can finally enjoy great tasting foods you love to eat with the desired balance of protein, carbohydrate and fat while you burn fat faster and control hunger throughout the day.

The key to the Zone 1-2-3 Program is maintaining hormonal balance to reduce cellular inflammation.  This means that every time you make a food choice, your hormones are going to change depending on what you eat.
Once you learn how to make the correct food choices to control you hormones, you have the key to silencing inflammatory genes.  Remember, if you are overweight, it is most likely that you are genetically pre-disposed to gain weight.  It's not fair, but with the Zone 1-2-3 Program you have a clinically proven system to silence those genes that would otherwise cause you to gain weight in spite of your best intentions.

I could not believe the foods that were sent. There was enough food for breakfast~lunch~dinner~and snacks for 2 weeks. I was sent Bagels~Breads~Cookies~Pretzels~Rolls~Croutons~Pizza Crusts and More..
These foods are so easy to add in to your everyday meals~as you just get these with fruits and veggies. As I was eating the foods I noticed that I wasn't munching as much. I liked that there was such a wide selection sent to me~as there was snack foods too. The Cinnamon Bread was Wonderful~I toasted it one morning and I could have cheated and ate another..

 {I was sent the Dr. Sears Zone Diet Foods review~All opinions are my own.No monies were offered or exchanged}

Scentsy Review & Giveaway! 12/20*CLOSED*

I love my house to smell good.I have candles and tea lights in almost every room.But it seems that no matter what I buy the scent just doesn't seem to last.I have spent so much money trying different ones and I swear that I should have bought stock in tea lights the way I buy them!! That is why I was super excited when I was asked to review some Scentsy Products. What is Scentsy~You ask?! Well~let me tell you~ Scentsy sells wickless candles, ceramic warmers and home-fragrance products.  A wickless candle, called a Scentsy Bar or a Scentsy Brick, is a highly fragrant wax bar that is warmed to release fragrance into the air. And they have over 80 scents to choose from! So~I know that you will find one that matches you too!  Because the wax is gently warmed rather than burned, it can hold more fragrance oil than a traditional candle. And, because there is no flame, there is no smoke, soot or lead. Scentsy wickless candles are a safer alternative to tradition...

Midwest Dairy Council~Dairy Makes Sense Giveaway!*CLOSED*

As you may have heard, June was National Dairy Month. June Dairy Month started in 1937, as a promotion to help distribute extra milk when cows started on pasture in the warm summer months.  Today, its rich history continues, with communities, companies and people from all over the country observing June Dairy Month in a variety of ways. In the Midwest, dairy farms and families often open their gates to visitors at breakfasts and tours , while grocery stores and other business feature dairy products during the month. Milk and other dairy products are great sources of vitamins and minerals. For years, we’ve heard milk “does a body good,” but research shows that many people don’t fully understand the whole story of the nutritional value found in dairy. According to the U.S government’s dietary guidelines, we should be eating three servings of milk, cheese or yogurt every day. Dairy products provide four of the seven nutrients Americans are missing the most, in...
