Sue Ellen's Girl Ain't Fat, She Just Weighs Heavy Blog Tour!

Guided by principles from the ancient Belle Doctrine, the host of radio and television's All Things Southern offers down-home advice on everything from health and fitness-managing thy caloric calculations without going Straight Running Crazy and surviving the Raging Inferno Syndrome (aka hot flashes)-to the Southern art of handling your man (Bubba Whispering). Whether giving business tips or debunking the Big Boned Theory, making political observations or celebrating the inevitable resurgence of big hair, Shellie is an adviser women can relate to and laugh with regardless of their age or which side of the Mason-Dixon they call home.
Once I started reading this book~I couldn't put it down.It was just what I needed with the dreary weather that we have been having. When I was reading~I was laughing so hard as she sure has a way with words. Being a northern girl~it was fun to read how much different the southern girls are then the northern girls~of course we are the same we just have different ways of expressing our concerns. Here are two of my favorites~
"Southern Men Don't Wannna Have To Shake The Sheets To Find Their Women!
"Bo-Dollars~A Expression Southerners use when they're talking about serious money exchanging hands!

And one thing I remember that made me really laugh is~Never send your man to Walmart to get you the "un~unmentionable's"  as you never know when something might happen and you will have to go to the hospital. Think of what everyone would say when they saw you laying there in those "Granny Panties" that are not only your style but they are so big they reach up to your bra~doubling as Spandex!!

Blush Topless Undershirt Review & Giveaway!*CLOSED*

Have you heard of Blush Topless Undershirts yet? Blush has created a solution for both women with a long torso and pregnant bellies where shirts just seem to be too short. Blush is meant to help you adjust the clothes already in your closet to help them fit you perfectly. The shirts are meant to be work as a tube top, but around the waist. Their poly/rayon/spandex blend allows for a huge amount of stretch and great support. I received a topless undershirt to review. It  can be worn with many different outfits and It fits so well and hides that "Extra" middle part that I have :-)  As some of my T~Shirts after I wash them or Bob{the boyfriend} does laundry and then ...

Scentsy Review & Giveaway! 12/20*CLOSED*

I love my house to smell good.I have candles and tea lights in almost every room. But it seems that no matter what I buy the scent just doesn't seem to last.I have spent so much money trying different ones and I swear that I should have bought stock in tea lights the way I buy them!! That is why I was super excited when I was asked to review some Scentsy Products. What is Scentsy~You ask?! Well~let me tell you~ Scentsy sells wickless candles, ceramic warmers and home-fragrance products.  A wickless candle, called a Scentsy Bar or a Scentsy Brick, is a highly fragrant wax bar that is warmed to release fragrance into the air. And they have over 80 scents to choose from! So~I know that you will find one that matches you too!  Because the wax is gently warmed rather than burned, it can hold more fragrance oil than a traditional candle. And, because there is no flame, there is no smoke, soot or lead. Scentsy wickless candles are a safer alternative to tradition...

Brugo Mug Review & Giveaway! 12/7

If you are anything like me you can't start your day without Coffee. When I wake up the first thing that I do is turn on my coffeepot and wait for that first sip of coffee.. I have a few favorite cups that I use regularly. But like most cups that you you can get today~I have different problems with with all of them. One of them doesn't keep the liquids hot~the other cover falls off all the time and that does not make for a happy morning..  That is why I was so excited to get my Brugo Mug in the mail! I received a purple one and not only is it my favorite color it is Leakproof! It is a very heavy mug as it is made of stainless steel and has a no slip bottom. This is now now my favorite mug and I have told all~HANDS OFF! :-)  I love the cover the most as this is where the fun starts~ The Brugo Mug has a 3-position drink mode selector~"Lock, Sip, Tip  and Cool"~allowing you perfect taste and temperature control whether you need a bolt of caffeine or prefer to ling...
