I have to admit that I love cookies. If I make them here at home,I find myself snacking on them all the time.  I recently was given the opportunity to try some cookies from The Cookie Department . These are not your ordinary cookie~each cookie is "fully functional" to meet your needs.  Each one is individually wrapped and I could not believe the size of them~they are huge! As soon as Bob saw them he could not wait to try them! The first one that he tried was the Tough Cookie. This one was his favorite~with peanut butter toffee and just the right amount of crunch.
