I recently made a dish with the Chandelier Chardonnay Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade from Tavern Direct. I love garlic so I was super excited to try this one! It is made with Pure Grape Seed oil,Chardonnay Wine,Vinegars,Lemon Juice,Soy Sauce,Garlic,Sea Slat and Roasted Garlic Oil. It may seem like the garlic would be over powerful it is anything but as the garlic has just the perfect taste to me. I made a Shrimp Marinade with it~Here is how I did it and the results..
I started with fresh shrimp that I soaked in the Chandelier Chardonnay Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. I then removed it from the dish and placed all the shrimp on a Kabob Sticks to make in the broiler.
I also made some white rice and added about 3 teaspoons to the water when I made it. To make the meal complete I also steamed some pea pods and also we had some frozen egg rolls so that went with too!
As you can see by the pictures~everything turned out great and we really enjoyed the food! The Tavern Direct Products are Super and the whole family agrees.
